Shipping Policy

Pocket WIFI can be delivered to hotels, airport post offices, residences, ships in Ports and etc. You do not need to receive your package in person. in Japan and left with the front desk of your hotel or the post office in the airport to wait for your pick-up.

Delivery charge is FREE!!

Shipping times

We ship from Chiba, Japan with Yamato Transport or Japan Post and delivery is next-day in Tokyo or Kanto area and 2-3 working days in another prefecture.

Airport Post Office/Counter

We can deliver rental items to airport post offices and counters below for you to pick up on your arrival. Please note that you can pick up rental items only during business hours of each post office showing your passport.

Delivery to ship’s crew in Ports’ – We can deliver to Ports provided that the ship's local agent accepts to receive and deliver the Pocket WiFi to the crew. Please confirm with your agent before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

SHOREACCESS customers are eligible to return defective Pocket Wifi within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Once we've received your return items and verified them, you'll receive a refund for the total cost of the items, including any taxes except shipping costs.

MOBILE WIFI LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

SHOREACCESS warrants to the original purchaser that your SHOREACCES branded device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
